Services as part of the programme for design and MSQA of Borehole Development, as agreed by Samoa Pure Water from time to time by issue of a statement of work. Task may include preliminary survey, producing conceptual, preliminary design with engineer’s cost estimate, survey, detailed design and specification Environment and Planning processes and MSQA.
