PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Provide Professional Services for the Design and Documentation of infra-structure Reticulation for Water supply, Sewer Disposal System and Electricity/Power supply

 PROJECT SERVICES:

Options Assessment and Develop Concept Design

Provide Design Report setting out design criteria, constraints, parameters, philosophy and standards employed

Detailed Design including preparation of Design certificates from IPES

Detailed Design & documentation

Design Reviews with Client at 70% and 95% stages

Full documentation to enable accurate Tender

Prepare a Cost estimate for the work to be undertaken

OUTCOMES FROM THE SUPERINTENDENCY OF THE PROJECT AFTER DETAILED DESIGN SUBMISSION

Provide Estimated Programme

Act as a Superintendent for the Construction contract

Ensure that all “As Built” drawings are delivered to the Client within 4 weeks of completion

OUTCOMES FROM THE SUPERINTENDENCY OF THE PROJECT:

Participation in consultation with the client on commercial and operational aspects of the project and with stakeholders

Refine cost plans during design and provide tender estimate with elemental quantities for tender comparison

Provide estimated programme

Provide advice on variations and EoTs

Provide advisory on construction cost, quality, programme and risks (environment, WH&S, etc)

Facilitate progress payment recommendation and project completion certification

Facilitate Defects inspections and handover inspections

Facilitate all “as built” drawings are made available to the client within 30 days of practical completion
