Rebuild Samoa
On 29 September 2009, four powerful tsunamis devestated the South-East Region of Samoa. As a part of the rebuilding stage, the Samoan Government, Caritas Samoa and Digicel Samoa requested Habitat for Humanity New Zealand (HFHNZ) to oversee the rebuilding of approximately 100 Fale. These Fale will be 90% funded by those organisations, and built under the project management leadership of HFHNZ and KEW Consult Ltd.

The overall objective of the project was to improve health environment and public health situation in Samoa
Supervision of Water Treatment Plant Installation Aleisa & Vailele
Supervision of the construction/installation of new treatment facilities at Vailele & Aleisa and the construction of associated transmission and distribution mains for the Samoa Waters Authority.
Te Mato Vai
The project is the first time New Zealand and China have worked together to deliver a major development initiative in the Pacific. The goal of this unique and innovative partnership is to reliably deliver healthy potable (drinking) water to the boundary of all buildings connected to the existing water network in Rarotonga.
Vaisigano Drainage Upgrade in the Vaisigano River Coastal Area
The Drainage Upgrades are being implemented to improve the Storm-Water Drainage in the Apia/Vaisigano region. There has been considerable flooding in the past, around the Apia region during the wet and dry season. The installation of an effective storm-water drainage system is expected to reduce the negative impacts of this major issue in the low-lying areas of Apia
