Technical Audit to assess the conditions of the 19 Water PNG Existing Water Supply Systems and 8 sewage services and provide Interventions for Operational Efficiency Improvements

Conduct a rapid technical audit of the existing 19 water supply systems and 8 sewerage systems operating in District and Provincial Centres covering

-operational issues

-electrical/mechanical issues

-identify operational anomalies

-identify operational performance improvements

-produce practical recommendations to achieve operational efficiencies and improvements by utilities and service providers
